How long are the sites?

• RV sites are equipped with a 50 ft concrete pad for your RV and 50ft paved patio.

Do you have full hookups?

• Yes, we offer both full-hook up sites and water and electric sites.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

• Residential pets are allowed on all sites. We require all pets to be leashed and picked up after. We have a Bark Park with a pet station for your pet to enjoy.

What is check-in and check-out time?

• Our check-in time is at 1 PM, and our check-out time is 11 AM.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available, please check with the RV office first.

Do you have a laundry facility?

• Yes, we have a 24-hours coin-operated laundry facility.

What are your office hours?

• Our office is open 9AM-5PM, 7 days a week. Please note during events office hours are subject to change.

Do you offer discounts?

• Yes, we offer GoodSam and military discounts.

Do you have a camp store?

• Yes, we have a small store that is open during our business hours. We have COTA merchandise, souvenirs, ice, drinks, and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellation policy:
  • 30 days + from arrival: A cancellation fee of $30 applies. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method on file.
  • 29 days or less from arrival: Reservations cancelled 29 days or less from arrival date forfeit the payment amount for a one-night stay and $30 cancellation fee.
  • There are no refunds for early departure once checked in. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method on file.
  • Failure to check in on the arrival day and to notify the campground of a delayed arrival will result in the cancellation on the next day.
  • There are no refunds on or after arrival day for cancellations or reducing the number of days for your booking.
  • The campground reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any reason.
